1. Enrollment & Access

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

Account Security: Each enrollment is for a single user. Sharing login credentials or accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Program Duration: The Program is provided for the specific length of time indicated at the point of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to this duration of access. Once this period ends, continued access will require re-enrollment or a new purchase.

2. Fees & Refunds

No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except as outlined below.

Accuracy Guarantee: If you identify a demonstrably false statement or material error within the Program, you may submit a written claim within the time of your enrollment. Upon verification, we will issue a refund equal to 20% of the Program fee per verified false statement. This shall be your sole remedy for any inaccuracy.

Payment Methods: We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout (such as credit/debit cards or third-party processors). You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and authorized. Failed or unauthorized transactions may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Ownership: All course materials—videos, audio files, PDFs, text, graphics, and other content—are owned or licensed by Expat Launchpad and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses:

• Redistribution: Republishing, uploading, sharing, or otherwise making any Program materials available on the internet (including but not limited to YouTube, WeChat, personal blogs/websites) or physical media without our express written permission is unlawful and subject to legal action.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or reproduction of content.

Dispute Period: If your account is terminated, you have 7 days from the date of termination to dispute the decision by contacting us in writing. We will review and respond in good faith.

No refund will be provided upon termination, except as stipulated in Section 2 for verified inaccuracies.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Educational Purposes: The Program is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expat Launchpad’s liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Program is limited solely to the amount you paid for enrollment, less any refunds issued under Section 2.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (available on expatlaunchpad.co) for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By enrolling, you agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the City of Hangzhou, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

8. Acceptance

By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or access the Program.
